Prediksi Kecerdasan Majemuk Terhadap Gaya Mengajar

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey yang tujuannya untuk menjelaskan prediksi kecerdasan majemuk terhadap gaya mengajar. Partisipan adalah seorang guru di kota Medan, yang diambil dengan cara acak yang berjumlah (n=810). Pengukuran menggunakan skala gaya mengajar dari Grasha (1996) yang memiliki 40 butir dengan rentang 5 skala kemudian ada skala kecerdasan majemuk dari Gardner (1983) berjumlah 63 butir dengan rentang 5 skala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya mengajar expert dapat diprediksi secara signifikan (p= <0.001, <0.050) oleh kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal sementara yang lainnya tidak dapat memprediksi secara signifikan gaya mengajar expert dan gaya ini merupakan satu-satunya yang paling sedikit dapat diprediksi oleh kecerdasan majemuk. Sementara gaya mengajar yang lain dapat diprediksi oleh 5 sampai dengan 7 kecerdasan secara signifikan dengan rentang (p= <0.050 – 0.036) yang kemudian dapat dilihat dalam hasil penelitian ini.
