TELAAH HADIS AL-IFK SEBAGAI BASIS PENDIDIKAN BERKEADILAN GENDER

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hadis al-ifk sebagai landasan konseptual bagi pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang berkeadilan gender. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika kritis-gender ala Fatima Mernissi, yang berupaya menafsirkan teks keagamaan tidak hanya dari aspek literal, tetapi juga melalui konteks sosial, politik, dan budaya yang melahirkannya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hadis al-ifk memiliki kehujjahan kuat baik dari sisi sanad maupun matan. Teks hadis ini secara eksplisit mengandung pesan moral tentang kehati-hatian dalam menerima berita dan larangan melakukan fitnah, yang sejalan dengan prinsip keadilan universal Islam. Melalui pendekatan hermeneutika gender, hadis al-ifk tidak lagi dipahami sekadar sebagai narasi pembelaan terhadap Aisyah, tetapi sebagai simbol pembebasan perempuan dari bias patriarkal yang menindas. Secara teoretis, kajian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan Islam perlu dibangun atas dasar nilai-nilai kesetaraan dan keadilan yang terkandung dalam teks hadis. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan budaya pendidikan yang menghormati hak dan martabat perempuan.
