Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kompetensi Pedagogik terhadap Kinerja Guru Serta Implikasinya Di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Metro Lampung

Pendidikan memegang peran strategis dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang unggul, khususnya dalam konteks persaingan global yang semakin kompetitif. Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kinerja guru, yang berperan sebagai agen utama dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, kualitas kinerja guru di beberapa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) di Kota Metro masih memerlukan peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi kerja guru, serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja mereka. Pendekatan deskriptif-verifikatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik variabel dan menguji kebenaran hipotesis, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 82 guru di MIN Kota Metro. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menguji hubungan sebab-akibat antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, khususnya dalam menciptakan metode pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah juga ditemukan memiliki dampak langsung pada motivasi kerja, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja guru. Budaya organisasi yang mendukung, di mana nilai-nilai kolaborasi dan komitmen ditanamkan, turut mempengaruhi lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan motivasi kerja guru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru, penguatan budaya organisasi, serta pengembangan kepemimpinan madrasah yang lebih efektif sebagai langkah strategis dalam memperbaiki kinerja guru di MIN Kota Metro. Temuan ini relevan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, terutama dalam menghadapi tuntutan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan 6.0.
