Implementasi Prinsip Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Madrasah dan Kinerja Guru Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Provinsi Lampung

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kepemimpinan visioner di madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kepemimpinan visioner di madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Fokus utama penelitian adalah bagaimana kepala madrasah yang visioner dapat menyeimbangkan inovasi dengan nilai-nilai tradisional, terutama dalam konteks transisi dari sistem pendidikan yang terpusat ke desentralisasi, yang memberikan otonomi lebih besar kepada institusi. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di Provinsi Lampung melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pengelolaan sumber daya yang efektif, peningkatan motivasi guru, dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Kepemimpinan ini juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan profesional guru dan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan dukungan eksternal juga ditemukan, namun dapat diatasi dengan strategi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya dukungan lebih dari stakeholder eksternal dan pengembangan model kepemimpinan yang lebih komprehensif untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Kontribusi penelitian ini pada literatur kepemimpinan pendidikan menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan visioner dalam konteks madrasah dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut, termasuk integrasi sistem evaluasi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan.
