Manajemen Supervisi Kelompok Kerja Pengawas dan Kepala Madrasah Untuk Meningkatkan Profesional Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Provinsi Lampung

Pendidikan memegang peranan vital dalam pembangunan bangsa, dan kualitasnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup serta sumber daya manusia. Di Indonesia, madrasah sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menyampaikan pengetahuan akademik tetapi juga nilai-nilai agama dan moral. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana efektivitas supervisi pengawas dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan di tiga Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) di Provinsi Lampung: MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, MAN 1 Lampung Timur, dan MAN Poncowati Lampung Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program supervisi dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah serta dampaknya terhadap profesionalisme guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis data mengenai program tahunan, pembinaan guru, pemantauan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (NSP), dan penilaian kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program supervisi dan pembinaan guru sering kali kurang optimal, terutama disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sumber daya dan dampak pandemi COVID-19. Penilaian kinerja juga ditemukan tidak konsisten dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas supervisi dan kepemimpinan di madrasah memerlukan perbaikan dalam hal implementasi program dan penyesuaian dengan tantangan terkini. Rekomendasi termasuk peningkatan metode komunikasi jarak jauh dan adaptasi program pembinaan dalam konteks pembelajaran online, serta evaluasi teknik penilaian yang lebih beragam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah.
