Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Peningkatan “Organizational Citizenship Behaviorâ€

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Sokolah Menengah Atas memerlukan upaya yang lebih efektif dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan transformasional pada guru. Kepemimpinan transformasional telah terbukti menjadi kunci utama dalam memotivasi dan menginspirasi staf pendidikan untuk mencapai kinerja optimal. Salah satu faktor kritis yang dapat diperkuat untuk mendukung penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional adalah "Organizational Citizenship Behavior" (OCB) atau perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penguatan kepemimpinan transformasional dapat meningkatkan OCB pada guru SMA Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei dan analisis data statistik. Instrumen penelitian mencakup kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat kepemimpinan transformasional dan tingkat OCB dari guru SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analiysis dan Analisis Sitorem, yaitu metode penelitian kombinasi yang menggabungkan metode penelitian Path Analiysis yang hasilnya diperkuat dengan menggunakan Analisis Sitorem. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi kepala sekolah dan pengambil kebijakan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional di lingkungan SMA.Â
