Pengaruh Pedagogical Knowledge Terhadap Kinerja Mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dengan Moderasi Communication Skills

Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru diperuntukkan bagi para calon guru dan guru yang belum memiliki sertifikat pendidik. Output dari program ini adalah menghasilkan guru profesional. Program ini berisikan kurikulum teori dan praktik dengan cakupan ilmu pedagogik, kepribadian, dan sosial. Tujuan artikel ini dibatasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh pedagogical knowledge terhadap kinerja mahasiswa program Pendidikan Profesi Guru, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh communication skills dalam memberikan efek moderasi pada pedagogical kowledge terhadap kinerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru untuk mata pelajaran ekonomi di Kota Surakarta. Populasi sejumlah 55 mahasiswa, digunakan dalam penelitian populasi ini. Pengumpulan data pengetahuan pedagogik mahasiswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedagogical test dalam bentuk true and false questions. Untuk mengetahui communication skills dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan data terkait kinerja mahasiswa diperoleh melalui dokumen hasil penilaian oleh expert. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pedagogical knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa PPG Ekonomi di Surakarta, (2) communication skill memberikan efek moderasi pada pedagogical knowledge dalam memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa PPG Ekonomi di Surakarta.
