Pengaruh Value Creation dan Adaptive Capacity Terhadap Transformation Perguruan Tinggi dengan Kinerja Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh value creation terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh adaptive capacity terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengruh value creation terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi, pengaruh adaptive capacity terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi, pengaruh kinerja perguruan tinggi terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi, pengaruh tidak langsung value creation terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi, dan pengaruh tidak langsung adaptive capacity terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif method, dengan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM). Data primer diperoleh melalui survey kepada sampel dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Serang yang berjumlah 168 orang. Data dianalisis dengan Smart PLS 3.3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tujuh hipotesis yang dianalisis seluruhnya signifikan, terdapat pengaruh langsung value creation terhadap kinerja organisasi, terdapat pengaruh langsung adaptive capacity terhadap kinerja organisasi, terdapat pengaruh value creation terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi baik langsung maupun melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi, terdapat pengaruh adaptive capacity terhadap transformasi perguruan tingg baik secara langsung maupun melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi dan, terdapat pengaruh langsung kinerja perguruan tinggi terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi.
