Studi Literatur Review Pengaruh Forgiveness Pada Korban Bullying

Permasalahan bullying dari tahun ke tahun menjadikan isu global di beberapa negara termasuk Indonesia. perilaku bullying membawa banyak dampak negatif bagi pihak yang terlibat, terutama korbannya. Indonesia merupakan mayoritas masyarakat muslim yang memiliki pedoman dan aturan kehidupan yang terdapat dalam kalam Allah Swt Al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah. Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh pemaafan terhadap korban intimidasi . Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah literature review . Kesimpulan artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kasih sayang memiliki pengaruh positif bagi peningkatan harga diri korban bullying; 2) Pengampunan memiliki potensi untuk mengurangi respon balas dendam pada korban bullying ; 3) Forgiveness menjadi kunci penting untuk meningkatkan ketahanan korban bullying agar korban bullying tidak rentan terhadap gangguan mental; 4) Forgiveness disarankan sebagai respon coping yang efektif untuk memperbaiki agresivitas afeksi dari korban bullying; 5) Forgiveness secara jangka panjang dapat memberikan keseimbangan dan manfaat positif bagi korban bullying.
