STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MIKRO MELALUI METODE BISNIS MODEL CANVAS PADA PENGRAJIN BAN BEKAS DI TULUNGAGUNG

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perancangan model bisnis pelaku usaha mikro yang bergerak pada pemanfaatan limbah berupa ban bekas di Tulungagung dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) melalui analisis SWOT dan untuk mendapatkan strategi yang sesuai dalam pengembangan usahanya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis field research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui analisis SWOT pengembangan usaha dilakukan dengan strategi diversifikasi yang berupa; menjaga mutu dan variasi produk serta pengopatimalisasian karyawan. Sedangkan melalui BMC terdapat enam balok yang perlu dievaluasi, meliputi; customer segments, value propositions, channels, key resources, key activities, dan cost srtucture.
