Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Assalam Depok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 Guru SMK Assalam Depok. Teknik untuk menentukan sampel adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 35 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru
