About the Journal
Al Mashlahah: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Pranata Sosial Islam is peer-reviewed journal published by the Islamic Law Departemen, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al Hidayah Bogor, in which other scientists (peer-reviewed) evaluate the value of articles and credibility prior to publication. This journal is dedicated to publishing scientific articles in the study of Islamic Law from various aspects and perspectives and themes that have been determined.
Al-Mashlahah: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Pranata Sosial Islam, and published twice a year, in January-June and July-December. Al-Mashlahah: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Pranata Sosial Islam aims to be one of the forums for dissemination ideas and research results in the field of Islamic law. In addition, it can also be a major reference in the same field.
