IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS DAN JUJUR DI SDIT SUIS (SEKOLAH UNGGULAN ISLAMI) KELAS V KABUPATEN BOGOR TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019

Abstract

The recent talk of character education in Indonesia has strengthened. The rampant character education movement cannot be separated from the concerns of all components of the nation who judge that the character of this nation is increasingly fading day. SDIT SUIS Sukamantri Bogor is one of the educational institutions that has implemented religious character education and honesty in its curriculum. The results of this study are: First, the curriculum used is the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), 2013 Curriculum, and local content. Second, character education is integrated in all teaching and learning activities in the classroom according to their respective subjects, self-development and Islamic cultural habituation, and several learning methods such as question and answer and others. Third, supporting factors in improving the implementation of honest and religious character education include: family or parents, teachers or schools, and the community or peers. Fourth, the inhibiting factors in improving the implementation of religious character education and honest are all forms of negative value experienced by students due to the interaction or influence of these three main factors. Fifth, solutions to the inhibiting factors in improving the implementation of honest and religious character education include: teachers must optimize their positive roles and increase awareness in order to be a good role model for students.
