PENGUATAN MANAJEMEN KESISWAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH TERPADU (MAT) DARUL FALLAH KABUPATEN BOGOR TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019

Abstract

The times have a big influence on the formation of teenage characters. Where
he is in the middle of the future-a vulnerable period for promiscuity, addiction
to gadget, or illegal drugs. Of cours this requires an institution that needs to be
improved in improving the religious character of its student, so that the fort
can be used with provisions for the lives of student, both now and in the future.
Throught good student management, character building can be realized
effectively and efficiently.the purpose of this study is none other than to studi
the implementation, strengthening support, supporting factors, an inhibiting
factors as well as the solution of student management in improving the
religious character in MAT Darul Fallah Bogor. This study uses a qualitative
method/field study by collecting data throught observation, interviews,
documentary studies, and triangulation and data analysis that encourages
interpretive descriptive. The results of the research that has been done show
that management at MAT Darul Fallah Bogor has been well planned, but still
not optimal in some parts of its implementation. While the religious character
in the MAT Darul Fallah from time to time. This is due to the development of
the times that continue to increase them and less than optimal institutions in
providing guidance and supervision. However, only the realization is still less
than optimal. This is because it ignores good motivation for coaching or from
internal students themselves. Supporting factors for strengthening management
in enhancing the religious character of students at MAT Darul Fallah add to
the happiness or welfare of employess, obedience of employees to the law,
protection and work procedures of loyal employees, and integration ao private
employees. While the inhibiting factors are given less effective communication
and less optimal supervision. For this reason the institution needs to provide
guidance for employees or students, and conduct intense supervision
