ANALYSIS OF PROPHETIC LEADERSHIP OF MADRASAH HEADS IN DEVELOPING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATORS THROUGH LEARNING SUPERVISION

This study aims to analyze the prophetic leadership of school principals in shaping the morality of students through learning supervision at MA Muhammadiyah Bima City. Prophetic leadership is understood as a leadership model based on prophetic values, namely siddiq (honest), amanah (trustworthy), tabligh (conveying the truth), and fathanah (intelligent), which are implemented in school management and educational development. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, and documentation of school policies and programs. The results of the study show that the prophetic leadership of school principals is manifested in the practice of supervising learning that is not only administrative, but also integrates religious and moral values. The principal supervises by providing examples in attitudes and actions, building educational communication with teachers, and carrying out continuous coaching to improve the professionalism of educators. In addition, school principals play an active role in fostering a school culture based on Islamic values through religious activities, instilling discipline, and strengthening social ethics. The implications of this prophetic leadership can be seen in the behavior of students who are more honest, responsible, disciplined, and noble in character. The supervision carried out is not just a supervisory instrument, but a means of internalizing prophetic values in the learning process. Thus, the prophetic leadership of school principals has a strategic role in directing education towards the formation of student morality in accordance with the vision of Islamic education
