TEKSTUALISME DALAM TAFSIR TEOLOGI (Perspektif al-Sa’di tentang Sifat Allah dalam Al-Qur’an)

Paper ini mendiskusikan pemikiran kalam al-Sa’di> tentang sifat Allah Ta’Äla dalam karya monumentalnya yaitu Taysi<r al-Kari>m al- Rah}ma>n fi> Tafsi>r Kala>m al-Manna>n.  Tulisan ini membuktikan bahwa al-Sa’di> adalah  seorang  mufassir  yang  melakukan pembacaan  al- Qur´an dengan cara pandang literalis terhadap ayat-ayat asma wa sifat. Beliau menetapkan seluruh sifat  DhÄtiyah Allah berdasarkan dzahir teks sebagaimana beliau menetapkan seluruh sifat fi'liyah berdasarkan dzahir  teks  juga. Metode  (manhaj) al-Sa’di> dalam memahami  sifat Allah al-Sa’di> adalah ‘al-Ithbat wa al-Nafy’ (menetapkan dan meniadakan), tanpa Ta’wi>l, Takyi>f, Tasbi>h, Tamthi>l dan Ta’t}i>l.
