STRATEGI GURU TAHFIZ DALAM MENINGKATKAN HAFALAN AL-QUR’AN SANTRI DI PESANTREN IBNU JAUZI DRAMAGA BOGOR

Abstract
The background of this research is the many problems experienced by the memorizers of the Qur’an, then researchers found problems in the field related to memorizing the Qur’an which is categorized as difficult because of the large number, even though Allah has said that memorizing the Qur’an is so easy. This research method uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are the first process of tahfiz (a) a three stage process, (b) the process of tahfiz learning. The two strategies of tahfiz teacher (a) the classification system of students, (b) the target of memorizing the Qur’an, (c) the muroja’ah system, (d) the right media, (e) Arabic. The three supporting factors are (a) fast memorization ability, (b) high motivaton, (c) supporting facilities and infrastructure, (d)beautiful environment, (e) competent teachers. The four inhibiting factors are (a) boredom, (b) lack of supervision, (c) cannot manage time, (d) has a lot of action. The five sloutions to the inhibiting factors are (a) increasing teachers creativity, (b) increasing supervision, (c) managing time, (d) providing contunius knowledge.
