UPAYA MUSYRIF PONDOK PESANTREN DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KEPRIBADIAN MUSLIM: Studi Kasus Pada Santri Ma’had Huda Islami Kabupaten Bogor Tahun Ajaran 2018-2019

Abstract


This title is motivated by the many teenagers who commit religious and ethical violations. One of the educational efforts so that adolescents have Islamic personalities is the establishment of Islamic boarding schools which generally focus on religious learning. Besides the teacher there is one important component in the pesantren which has a great influence on the santri, musyrif, because musyrif is the one who monitors and supervises the santri for almost 24 hours. The results of the study, the authors conclude that the personality condition of santri in Huda Islamic Islamic boarding schools in general is good, starting from the terms of their akidah, worship, and santri morality. true aqeedah education, guiding students to have good character, directing students to discipline and active worship, conduct motivations that refer to Muslim personalities, in collaboration with the mudarris of Ma'had Huda Islami. In addition there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of Muslim personalities including the environmental conditions of Ma'had Huda Islami, the background of the santri education, the majority of which come from public schools, policies made late by Ma'had Huda Islami, and so on. While the solution was done musyrif in an effort to establish a Muslim personality in the Islamic students of Ma'had Huda, namely the holding and supervision of santri activities, awards for outstanding students, sanctions and punishments, giving advice and motivation.
