PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN BUDI PEKERTI DALAM MEMBENTUK KEPRIBADIAN PESERTA DIDIK USIA REMAJA KELAS VIII SMP BINA SEJAHTERA KOTA BOGOR TAHUN 2018

Abstract


Good personality is a very important factor in the success of students in learning. The teacher is a person who has a very important role in an institution especially PAI and Pekerti teachers who are one of the educators who are directly responsible for the good and bad behavior of students. This study aims to determine the personality of students, roles, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors and overcome them, from PAI teachers and Budi Pekerti in shaping the personality of students of Bogor Bina Sejahtera Middle School. The approach used by researchers is through a qualitative approach with case study research methods, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) the role of the teacher in shaping the personality of the students of Bogor Bina Sejahtera Middle School. a) An optimistic personality with worship. b) children who have good personalities, in terms of social values their personality is good but for their religious knowledge is still lacking. c) influential personality. 2) PAI and Pekerti teachers act as mentors, role models, and sanction those who violate. 3) The supporting factors are cooperation, Islamic nuances, the existence of school rules, learning media facilities such as textbooks, LKS books. 4) inhibiting factors are spoiled attitude, thought investment, and environment, gadgets and efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors, motivation, tausia and familiarizing Dhuha prayer, zhuhur and ashar prayers in congregation, and the students do not combine classes between men and women, give sanctions to students who violate by memorizing a few verses or surah from the Koran.
